Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
At the airport exit, take the direction towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead

After about 12 kilometers, take the exit towards TROIS-ILETS.

Continue straight on for 5.3 kilometers (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first traffic circle, continue straight ahead. At the second traffic circle, take the first exit direction LE BOURG / GOLF. At the traffic circle, continue straight ahead. You will drive along the golf course which is on your right.

At the next traffic circle, take the first exit direction POINTE DU BOUT. After 1,9 kilometers you will arrive at a traffic circle. Take the first exit.
Then take the street on your direct right (to the right of Jumbo Car). Continue until you reach a small alley on your right where you can see the sea. Don't be afraid, go down this lane (you won't fall in the water!!!). When you are in front of the sea, the villa is the first on your left. Park in the spaces provided for this purpose.
