Das Haus war grundsätzlich gut mit einer tollen Lage.

Pros: Das Haus grundsätzlich und der tolle Meerblick. Cons: Das Checkin in fand nicht persönlich statt. Das sollte bei einem Ferienhaus üblich sein, damit man offene Fragen direkt klären kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe sollte eigentlich an der Rezeption des Ressorts stattfinden. Diese war aber geschlossen. Wie wir denn in das Haus kommen können mussten wir erst erfragen. Das war letztendlich kein Problem, aber es ist mühsam bei der Ankunft erst einmal irgendwie sich durchzufragen. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte kaum noch und das wurde auch gemeldet. Es wurde versprochen, dass ein Servicetechniker vorbeikommt, aber er kam nicht. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar, da kein Grillrost vorhanden war. Hier wurde auf Nachfrage überhaupt nicht reagiert. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war hier sehr schlecht.
