Villa was very clean and comfortable and views were amazing. A few items needed attending to which we pointed out to the host, I was surprised these had not come up when Villa was checked .

The view from the balcony was great. Absolutely stunning. The house itself is equipped with most essentials even though there is a need for some serious upgrades. The house is furnished to maximize return on investment, so look for old rickety chairs, saggy sofas and mangy mattresses. While the kitchen has sufficient cooking utensils, it was also lacking some essentials The Property Management company, Interhome, argues that it is not responsible for providing any items (things like tea towels, toilet paper, kitchen sponges, dischwasher detergent, and the like). There were also a few cosmetic collapses in the kitchen tiling, but nothing functional.Be careful with the A/C. None of the bedrooms have units installed in them. The third bedroom is little more a big closet with no chance of AC getting in there. Not an issue in the winter, but in summer that room is largely unusable.Just be aware that you will need to be adequately prepared. And while it may not be the case with you we also had an issue with getting bed linens delivered. Ours were a day late and the property management company was not too apolgetic about this.
