Casa senza manutenzione

Una casa sulla carta molto carina inserita in un residence molto gradevole che purtroppo viene vanificata da una assente manutenzione: porte scorrevoli difficili da aprire e per nulla oliate, scuri di legno in parte rotti e senza manutenzione, parte della pavimentazione interna scheggiata, cucina molto vecchia e con ante e cassetti rotti. Sciaquoni dei bagni che nel mezzo della notte emettono un sibilo probabilmente per una problema idraulico di pressione.Bastava fare una normale manutenzione.
