The Villa Il Rifugio degli Architetti has got a fabulous sea-view and several areas such as a covered patio and a veranda overlooking the pool, which are the perfect location for a sunset drink or to dine outdoors.

You can enjoy the agreeable sea breeze while relaxing in the neat garden, which together with the pool area and the amazing typical rocks of the surroundings, contributes to make your holiday unforgettable.

The villa Il Rifugio degli Architetti boasts a unique sea-view, has several areas such as a covered patio and a veranda overlooking the pool, ideal for an aperitif at sunset or dining outdoors. You can enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean breeze in the beautiful garden which together with the pool and the typical surrounding rocks, will make your holiday unforgettable.
The property is on one level: natural colors for the bright and spacious living room and the well furnished kitchen.
There are two double rooms and two rooms with two single beds each, five bathrooms in total, one of which is a courtesy bathroom.
There is also an annex, on a lower level, with another double bed and a comfortable single armchair bed, a bathroom and the laundry. This beautiful villa is also equipped with an outdoor shower, a bbq area, parking and a garage.
A few minutes from this beautiful villa the beautiful beaches La Marinedda, Cala Serraina and Li Cossi with its clear sea and unspoiled landscape.
The rocky coves and Baiette and Li Sorgenti are very close and suitable for swimming or sunbathing.
