Free parking , hotel with very historic charisma right on Mainstreet in historic downtown of Trinidad, Co. Loved the high ceilings and original wood floors, combined with modern amenities. Room was quiet and had everything we needed, staff was lovely, welcoming and helpful. Hotel restaurant offers delicious food, and a free welcome drink. We greatly enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Lovely renovation of a historic building. We only stayed one night and the town was quiet on a Sunday, but it was a nice change of pace after a long drive. Quirky and memorable place. Not handicap accessible but that didn’t impact us.

The Taproom Hotel and Pub is an excellent place to stay in downtown Trinidad, Co. Built in 1888 but redecorated into a modern luxury style. The staff give you a welcome beer on tap at arrival. I slept like a baby in a wonderful king sized bed. The drapes are 15 feet tall and the commode is black. There are 28 stairs to get to and from your room but if your ok with them, I'm OK. I will be back!
