A gem of a place tucked away on the shoreline of Trinidad! The cottage was very clean and had all the essentials. The listing accurately showed its layout and amenities. The view—stunning! We witnessed cotton candy sunrises and hot pink sunsets and got a kick out of the barking seals who are neighbors on the rocks of the shoreline. The location is excellent for visiting the Redwood National Parks, hiking, beach going, and partaking in excursions. The host team was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely, clean, and quiet. The view was stunning. We loved sitting on the patio, wrapped up in blankets, and hearing the sea lions and waves. The house was stocked with laundry detergent (thank you!), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee! We asked ahead of time and were thankful to have stopped at a larger grocery store on our way to the house as the market in Trinidad is quite pricey. The location in relation to the Redwoods is fantastic! Several trailheads are only 25-30 minutes away. And several beaches only 10 minutes away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we were pleased with the rental.

The pictures on this home do not do it justice! The ocean views were so breath taking that we cut out some of our excursions just to spend more time at the house. It is immaculately clean and new. The decor was spa like soothing and with a good eye for design. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer were a welcome addition to our Redwood road trip with kids. The view is breathtaking and we loved hearing the rockery of elephant seals and sea lions below. Such a magical place to rest and relax!We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot

Check in and check out were easy. This was the perfect location for us to enjoy the Redwoods and the tidepools of Trinidad. We enjoyed getting a carry out pizza in Trinidad and eating it while enjoying the beautiful views from the deck. We heard sea lions and saw whales. My adult each had their own bedrroms but we could also enjoy family time together. Great stay!!!

AMAZING private get away with ocean view

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pristine Pacific coast get away! This home was extremely clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was wonderful to wake up to each morning with coffee in hand. Also, there are some wonderful hikes close by so the location is convenient. Just under an hour from tall trees grove in the Redwood Forest.
