Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire main house, the separate bunkhouse, and the fully-fenced yard. This includes the private dock, boat slip, hot tub, and all provided water toys.
A private gated driveway provides secure parking for 6 to 7 vehicles.
The only areas not accessible to guests are any locked closets marked "Private" and the room located above the bunkhouse, which is also marked as "Private".
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present on the property during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. We are local. You can easily reach us through the booking platform or by phone.
Starter Supplies: To get you started, we provide a complimentary supply of coffee pods, creamer, sugar packets, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash.
Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.
Liability: Your use of the kayaks, boat dock, lily pad, swimming, or any other activities on the property is at your own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any injuries.
Respect for Neighbors: The home is in a private residential area. Please be respectful of the neighboring properties and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours.
