Front desk only there for certain hours of the day, but helpful and allowed us to store our luggage when checking out early. Many stairs needed to get to our room and it was 6 flights of stairs despite only being on the 4th floor. Poor lighting on the 2 unnumbered floors so have your phone available for light if walking down the stairs at night

I booked for 2 single beds and there was one double. No desk to communicate with as front desk only open until 1pm. The pull out couch had no sheets or pillow cases. My family member who needed the second bed would not pay me for half as there was no towel , sheets or soap. Terrible experience

Theres no price to be put on watching the Sunset in this privileged part of the world - and from a spectacular "five star" feel. Top 3 experience all time for me. The staff is helpful and you'll have your own apartment within blocks of the Grand Cabal

Was told we could not enjoy the terrace. Only apartment renters/owners have access to rooftop. I was disappointed since it was a picture provided in asvertisement. Washer was broken, we had to wash clothes in lobby. The replaced washer day before we left. No time for more washing at that point. Next renters benefit for our observation. NO BALCONY.

Property was inexpensive compared to rest of the area. It is close to cruise port. Furniture is tired looking and needs to be replaced. Shower is tiny and only usable for small children. Street noise is unbearably loud. Unit needs better windows to muffle noise. Unit has trigger fuse that needs to be reset when it is triggered. It is ok for a couple nights stay but not for longer stays.

The check in process is totally remote. The video dem was excellent. You can only talk with the staff in the morning. Need to go downstairs to get towels, if you need more. Keys, only one set was issued, better not lose them! The check out time is early 10:30. They won’t call a taxi for you. The place is old, no paper towels, but it has a full kitchenette. It is spacious, but the best is the balcony. BTW they have A/C but the thermostat was behind the bathroom door.

Centrally located within short walking distance of dining, waterfront, arts, and grocery. It is in City Center but not ZTL. Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and fortunately there is secure, private parking in a garage around the corner. An assigned spot is issued in your welcome packet together with electronic key pass and mapped directions provided by Le Terrazze. There is a daily parking fee for this service, but well worth it for first time visitors. This property is an efficient and well-run operation with all aspects taken into consideration. Communications are responded to quickly and consicely in Italian and English via text. Lobby reception is open until 1pm, with keyless entry required otherwise. As a first-time visitor I was very pleased with my stay and am already considering a return visit in the near future. Highly recommended.

Their queen size bed is two beds put together and the partition in between the bed keeps separating throughout the night making it very uncomfortable. Otherwise room is nice

I enjoyed my stay here. It suited my needs for the 10 days. When the AC wasn't working the first night, it was immediately taken care of the next day. Because i was there for 10 nights, the place was cleaned once along with a change of towels. You need to purchase your own soap and toliet paper, which I wasn't expecting. The rooftop patio is only available to the rooms on the 8th floor. Overall, it suited my needs of an apartment like accommodations.
