Everything was great, extremely clean, staff very polite, area safe & really close to cruise port. Bed was much firmer than my liking, that’s my flaw not the hotel. Outside door was left open at times, rules need to be adhered to, why have a key card to enter if the guest don’t keep the door closed when exiting & entering. I have travelled the world & this Hotel was one of the best. Also restaurants & small market just a short walk.

Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Note there are two 1/2 sets of stairs if you are in the 5th floor. Staff help with luggage. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. The staff made this a great spot. Very very helpful and engaging.

I loved this hotel. My room on the 5th floor was just lovely. The shower took a while to warm up but then there was plenty of hot water. Fabulous location just at the base of the hill where you walk up to castle, 2 min from the Roman amphitheater, and steps from all the shops, restaurants and scenic streets of the old town.
