Very nice hotel close to many of the wonderful sights and restaurants in Trieste. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Taxi was very reasonable from the cruise ship and to Trieste airport. You can easily walk from the cruise port but we are older and prefer to take a taxi with big luggage.

This hotel was well-situated in the heart of Trieste. All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, spacious. The breakfast which we ordered as an afterthought was amazing - beautifully presented and served. We would definitely recommend this hotel without question.

Fantastic spot, tidy, and the parking is just a short 10-minute walk from the hotel. I recommend dropping off your luggage when you check in and then parking the car afterward to avoid hauling your bags around.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the included breakfast was great. The only downside was there was a couple of minor flaws in the room that could be corrected (a chip in the wall and the mirror and a stain on one of the decorative pillows). But the staff and atmosphere more than made up for it.

Incredibly good breakfast. I’ve never run into a hotel breakfast that was so excellent and appealingly presented. I had a single room, and the bathroom was well- equipped but so small I could hardly turn around. But they had obvious size restraints and they did the best they could in the room available. The staff was unusually friendly and welcoming.

Great location in the centre of Trieste, just a 5 minute walk from the Grande canal, and an 8 -10 min walk to the train and bus stations. Check in quick, easy and unusually early these days. Our room was compact ,with limited storage space for a 5 night stay consisting of a wardrobe and an ottoman.Could have done with a few more hangers in the wardrobe but otherwise it was fine. Everything else regarding the room was excellent and it was tastefully decorated as were the public areas. The staff too, were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that has let me into my room before check in time and I was shocked. They made my day with that . Staff is extremely helpful and always go the extra step and very friendly . Well appointed and done up nicely. Only negative is it’s a little dark on the inside .Sorry for that. But I would stay there again.
