Great room with Lots of space. Beds are a bit hard but fairly comfortable. The WiFi was a bit slow but functional. Two good restaurants in the courtyard. If you forgo room service you receive a free bottle of water for each day no service was provided.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are quite spectacular and a great size. Perfect location, efficient staff and very clean and neat. There is no traditional AC (there is a cooling system in the rooms and you can request a fan if need be) or mini fridge (this only mattered to us as we had medication that needed a cool environment) Definitely a well located and well maintained hotel.

Great hotel with breakfast included it felt like you was staying in a castle just by the main exit. When you got out of the courtyard you was in city center. Had a wonderful time exploring the sites as all were within walking distance

The staff st the Front Desk was really very kind and helpful, the room was big and modern and the shower great. Breakfast was very good and varied and I loved the Roman theme decoration all around, very appropiate considering the Roman past of the city of Trier.
