My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service.

The distance from the central train station is reported as .09 of one mile. That's true if you are a crow, but I don't fly. The true walking distance is about a mile. And its location just removes you a mile further from the areas important to tourists. I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or that of Hotel.com. All of that said, it's a perfectly comfortable and clean place to stay.
