If I could give it 0 stars I would Unclean and Unprofessional – Would Not Stay Again. Our crew checked in and immediately found bloodstains on the beds and an overall unsanitary room. When we brought this to the front desk, Brittany was extremely rude and unhelpful. The condition of the room made it impossible to stay, and we had to leave and find another hotel. Despite calling and emailing several times, management never responded or offered any resolution. Also Carly was rude as well. The only kind employee I spoke with was Esme who left a note for the manager and rudely the manager never reached out. Completely unacceptable for a paid reservation.
