Pros. Good location, excellent apartment, good facilities, easy access to train station and Venice, lots of eating options, supermarket next door, plus a large Pam supermarket 5 mins. Very walkable locally. Cons. In a little alleyway, could do with better instructions for finding it. Up two flights of stairs, could be a problem for people with mobility problems. Quite noisy due to central location. Rubbish collections daily and so noisy from bin wagon during night. Putting different rubbish bins out daily means taking them up and down two flights of stairs. No instructions for washing machine. Using grill and kettle at same time tripped the circuit breaker by front street door. Easily reset if you know how, which we did. All in all a really good well equipped apartment and very reasonably priced.
