This 40m2 refurbished accommodations are located on the third floor (with elevator).
Several restaurants are located at the foot of the residence, 300m away there is a bakery and 600m a small mini-market.
The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen: an oven, a fridge/freezer, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a SMEG kettle, a SMEG toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette set and all the essential utensils.
The accommodations are air-conditioned.
For a moment of relaxation, you can enjoy the two-person balneotherapy bath with hydro-massage jets, whirlpool bath and LED lighting.
The bathroom is composed of a large shower with rain shower.
The toilet is separate.
