IUN P3371 - Distant only 10 meters from the sea shore. Unrepeatable location, fantastic views and sunsets. You can throw a stone in the sea water while eating in the terrace. only “noise” you can hear is… the soft sea waves. Stair to the beach are just by villa gate. Apartment is comfortable and completely renovated, furnished with terrace and suitable for children. In the apartment there is WIFI. At few minutes you can find food shops, bars, restaurants and sport camps. From the property you can easily reach in 5 minutes the center of the medieval Bosa town, and Alghero through a scenic road, with the sea to the left side and the famous Malvasia Vineyard Hills to the other. Alghero airport is just one hour drive, and all other Sardinia Airports and ports are within 90 minutes drive.

From the south boundary of the village there are 20 km of virgin coast which is going to become a Natural Park and is the site chosen for the Sardinian Underwater Fishing Championships.

Il est vrai que la vue et la terrasse sont splendides. Par contre, l'accès à la mer n'est pas du tout tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce. Il vous faut remonter une trentaine de marches, pour accéder au chemin qui mène à la plage et là, il vous faudra descendre 130 marches environ. A notre arrivée, l'appartement n'était pas propre (la toile cirée, couche de poussière et de gras sur le plan de travail, plateau) et les équipements décevants au regard du prix de la location. La machine à laver est commune et capricieuse. Presque chaque jour, nous avons eu à exprimer nos points d'insatisfaction soit lié au manque d'équipements ou à la propreté. Le gérant local et la propriétaire ont été à l'écoute, puisque la femme de ménage est ré-intervenue. Après demande, ils nous ont mis à disposition une nappe pour la table extérieure, une bassine, un micro ondes mais voilà nous aurions préféré ne pas avoir à gérer tout cela.

Très beau séjour dans un endroit magnifique. Une vue splendide et avec un peu de chance le passage des dauphins en prime. Propriétaire Très attentionné et sérieux. A recommander merci encore pour l accueil et les prestations du logement très bien équipé !😎😎

Wunderbare Lage fast direkt über dem Meer, freundliche Nachbarn, tolle Terasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang. Wünschenswert wären jedoch noch Mückenscreens vor den Fenstern und Handtücher (bzw. der Hinweis dass keine da sind)... :-) dies nur als Anregung.

Preis Leistung war gut - tolle Strandnähe

Tolle Aussicht und schöne Wohnung, wenn die Reinigung noch besser wäre, würde auch eine Preiserhöhung gerne in Kauf genommen werden. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und lösungsorientierter Vermieter - leider sehr unfreundliche Untermieter - worauf der Vermieter jedoch keinen Einfluss hat.
