Unfortunately I had the opportunity to stayed at this hotel it’s completely out the way, it is rainy season which means every night I came back into the room I’m presented with a puddle of water in the room, everyday that we were there. It smells molding, they do not offer transportation, if you don’t have a rental it is not worth staying at this hotel because no Uber goes up there. There is no lounge.area to wait while you wait for your driver, the list goes on but if you’re looking for something cheap and don’t mind the negatives then this place for you.

Staff was inviting and friendly, the view amazing when it was visible, but I have to say the furniture needs updating in a major way. The comforter and pillows (which we didn’t use) need to be updated as well. Overall was a pleasant stay would rate it more if these updates were done.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful from the moment we got there. Very quiet and peaceful. Free breakfast every morning, gorgeous pool area. And amazing views from the bedroom balcony. The water pressure in the bathroom is not that great but it does get hot! Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much to the staff.. I enjoyed my birthday :)

Room was clean, amazing views. Hot tub was not working for some reason. Franklin took us on a great ride in a buggy down to the lake. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and its history. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !!

Amazing view

Great stay at Tres Piedras. Lake Ilopango view is amazing to wake up to. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Great customer service, and friendly, from Franklin at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful view but

This place is absolutely STUNNING. No question about that. The view is spectacular. The service is top-notch. The food is just alright. Why I dropped the ratings was because the hotel infrastructure is dangerous and needs some upkeep. The stairs and tile were unkempt, and my family ended up tripping several times. My sister fell face down and hurt her knees really badly. The hotel staff was very kind and they had a first aid kit on hand, but I feel that the tripping happens a lot to guests because the staff was not phased. My dad, my mom and my sister all fell.

The property has one of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. The beds are comfortable, rooms are small but functional. Needs a few upkeeps but overall our stay was very enjoyable.
