Bianco Liberty is an elegant dwelling for rent as a vacation home in the center of Trepuzzi, Alto Salento, inside a historic building from the early `900s. The house offers up to 5 beds.
All the main accessories are present: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, library, stereo, hair dryer, TV, barbecue and outdoor shower, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave. Also present are table tennis table and table soccer. Pets allowed.

The elegant home is on the second floor of an early 20th-century building and retains all the unaltered charm of history, with its high frescoed vaults, fixtures and Art Nouveau furnishings. A wide and striking staircase illuminated by an impressive stained-glass window leads to the apartment.
The entrance is into a large living room with a single sofa bed and TV. From here you go to the small kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room.
Also present is a large terrace equipped both for outdoor dining and relaxing in the cool of the gazebo. The large terrace is graced by a pretty fountain placed in the center.
Guests of #Bianco Liberty also have access to an outdoor shower, laundry room, and ground-floor courtyard with foosball and ping-pong table.

Vacation apartment Bianco Liberty is located in the center of Trepuzzi, with all services at your fingertips and a lovely historic center. The nearest beaches are those of Torre Chianca and Casalabate.
Just a 10-minute drive away are beaches on the Adriatic Sea, such as Lido Kalù in Torre Chianca. In Casalabate, there is also the abbey of Santa Maria di Cerrate, an evocative FAI site, as well as bike paths and routes.
The center of Lecce with its Baroque wonders is just a 10-minute drive away. Also very close by is the ancient Abbey of Santa Maria di Cerrate, a site managed by the Fai.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.

- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- A door and a window of the house overlook the terrace  where the owner can stay, because it remais for her use.
