Nestled at the end of a private road, the cottage sits on an expansive lawn perfect for relaxing, watching the tide roll in, spotting passing boats, indulging in birdwatching, or listening to the haunting calls of loons. You may even catch sight of eagles, osprey, and seals while enjoying leisurely strolls along your secluded shoreline.

Local lobster pounds, shopping, and restaurants are just a short drive away. Explore Acadia National Park with its scenic drives, hiking trails, carriage roads, and breathtaking coastal landscapes. Hike Cadillac Mountain, visit Mount Desert Island, take a wildlife cruise, enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, or canoeing on the tranquil waters of Frenchman Bay, or explore charming coastal villages.

Inside, the cottage features a welcoming dining and living area overlooking Union Bay and the Blue Hill Mountains—an ideal space to unwind, play games, and make lasting memories. The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and the waterfront deck offers the perfect spot to savor the breeze and admire the views. Additional amenities include a gas grill for summer barbecues, a washer and dryer, and eight beach chairs for enjoying the shore.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
