Terrible I have pictures, but I don’t know how to post it here. Dirty towel stained ripped moldy showers very old mattress that when you sleep on it, you go down but that night I was so tired didn’t have time to go down and change room and start arguing over it. I am even thinking to complain at New Jersey health department. How could you have dirty towels like that in the room and the pillowcases and the sheets wasn’t changed. They just fixed it without changing in it because I could tell was smelling. I had to put my T-shirt over the pillow to sleep. I should get my money back for this. It’s a really big issue. I might escalate it to health department in New Jersey.

We got what we paid for. For your basic needs...a comfy bed, TV with some variety, decent complimentary breakfast, it was fine. But we had to open the toilet lid to flush, shower head did not have water running to it, and just a number of stains and cracks, and run down corners, and hinges, and crevices and so on. From the looks of it, they do the minimum to get by and still use the Comfort Inn logo and trademark.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. We literally needed a place to sleep while traveling through. There was stains on literally everything; the bed, bed sheets, comforter, the rug, the wall, the floor, no light in the bathroom. The worst. Don’t do it.

The sheets and towels were stained, there were blood stains on the bedspread, the curtains were broken and dirty and there wasn’t any conditioner. There were cigarette butts all around the entrance that hadn’t been cleaned up, there were very little options for breakfast and the items in the refrigerator were frozen. Overall not very happy with th hotel.

When I pulled up to the hotel, it looked decent from the outside. Then I walked into the lobby and I thought, did I make a mistake because it was worn a bit. Then when I got to my room, I knew I made a mistake. The room was so dirty. It was covered in hair. There were two beds in my room. When I pulled the sheets back on one bed, you could tell it had not been changed from the previous guest. The sheets were wrinkled from someone laying in the bed, there was hair and lint from where someone slept. Luckily the other bed looked to have been changed. The bathroom was covered in hair everywhere. There was toothpaste splatter all over the mirror. There was so much hair coming out of the drain of the shower that I knew immediately that the shower would not drain and I was right. The TV did not work at all either.

We were on a couples trip. This hotel had a 7.5 out of 10 rating on hotels.com. We checked in after golfing during the day on Friday. I had requested a handicap room with hand bars in the bathroom. They had one room on the 1st floor which was good. However when we got to the room it looked like they must have been using that room for long term guest. The carpet had large stains. The mattress cover was ripped up and hanging out the bottom of the bed. The curtsins were off the pully and couldnt be shut. Remember we are on the 1st floor. The microwave and the refrigerator were dirty. There was a place for a hairdryer however there wasnt one in the room. When i reported the problem to the front desk the staff went out of their way to try to fix what they could right away. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The place was run down. The breakfast was nothing more then waffles, cold cereal and a few pastries. There was no juice or fruit. They only had green tea we are black tea drinks. They also didnt have an attendent to keep the breakfast area cleaned up. I would not stay here again

Breakfast menu was lacking. No where near as good as other Comfort Inn's I have stayed in. There was no yogurt, no fruit, no oatmeal, no hot foods like eggs or potato's and no juices. Parking lot was full of cigarette butts. One of the lamps was rusty. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the a/c woked fine.
