The 2-bedroom lake view apartment accommodates 5 guests and has a living room with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, a dining area and direct access to a full-width private balcony. The 2-storey residence is situated along ‘via Lorenzoni’, in the timeless idyll of Tremosine (famous for being one of Italy’s most beautiful villages). Overlooking Lake Garda, the scenic village places guests within 1 minutes’ walk from a local pizzeria and a host of local amenities. Situated along the famous ‘Strada della Forra’, (nicknamed the 8th wonder of the world, due to its unparalleled beauty), guests can enjoy exploring the scenic lake view road on foot, by bike, motorbike or horse, whilst those more daring, can experience the surrounding scenery with a paragliding flight or a canyoning tour. The gorge of Brasa Torrent provides some superb photography opportunities, whilst the nature reserve on the Bondo lakebed and the trails of nearby Val d’Egoi, with their special fauna and wildlife are a must for Nordic walkers and wildlife fans. The SKYClimber Adventure park is also just 6 minutes’ drive away. Tremosine is serviced by bus links and a local taxi service.

The pretty lake village of Limone sul Garda, with its’ lake lido, resort amenities and heritage attractions is 10 minutes’ drive away, whilst the year-round attractions and amenities of Riva del Garda are 23 minutes’ drive away. For those flying in Verona Villafranca Airport is 1.5 hour’s drive away.

Wahnsinnige Aussicht

An sich super toll wenn da nicht die Straße zum Objekt wäre für uns jedesmal ein Abenteuer gewesen. Wenden auf dem Objekt ok für uns ein wahrer kampf bei einer Autolänge von 6m. Aussicht Atemberaubend dem bild entsprechend und eine ruhe himmlisch. Wenn vielleicht ein Pool noch dabei wäre und die auffahrt etwas breiter würden wir immer wieder kommen. Wir sind mit 3 kids (11/16/17) super zu Frieden gewesen. Wer das Auto gerne stehen lassen möchte müsste den Bus nehmen sonst wären keine anderes Möglichkeiten vor ort man kann nicht zum wasser laufen! Man hat einen kl.markt an der ecke für essen und trinken und 2 Restaurant bd super. Ansonsten baden kann man schön in limousine da fährt sogar der Bus hin. Tickets direkt beim fahrer einfacher geht es nicht.

Toller Ausblick. Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Ausblick und Lage ist überragend. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Vorallem Bad und Küche sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt weder Klimanlage noch Ventilatoren. Wasser in Badewanne läuft nicht ab. Waschbecken undicht. Man sollte kein Problem mit Ameisen, Spinnen und Spinnweben in der Wohnung haben. Check-in und Erreichbarkeit Vermietung vor Ort gut.

Sehr geräumiges und angenehmes Haus

Wir waren mit 2Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber auffinden dürfen. Die Kinder hatten genug Platz, so wie drinnen so auch draußen. Der Balkon mit der Aussicht auf den See war für uns das Highlight des Hauses. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Super Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Alles wie beschrieben. Super Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Für fünf Personen ist der Sitzbereich auf dem Balkon etwas knapp. Die Zufahrt ist auf etwa 10 m wirklich extrem eng. Wir mussten mit eingeklappten Spiegeln fahren und hatten dann links und rechts noch knappe 5 cm (SUV Kia Sorento). Aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Gutes kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso zwei Pizzerien. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Schöne ruhige Lage. sehr sauberer Gesamteindruck. Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein (kleinere Utensilien fehlen). Kleinere Mängel (Gasanschluss, Badewannenschlauch und Wasserablauf). Empfehlenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine und ein Internet-Zugang.

war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

toller Blick auf den Gardasee, den man vom Balkon aus schon beim Frühstück genießen konnte. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider nur eine Badewanne und keine Dusche Nicht beachtet, dass man WLAN separat buchen musste

Schönes Appartement mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Appartement ist super geschnitten für 4 Personen. Vom Balkon gibt es einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Bei einem starken Sturm kann es zu Wassereintritt über die Haustür und das Küchenfenster kommen. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, das es ein ziemlich starker Sturm war und nach einer guten Stunde war wieder alles vorbei war. Da wir den Wasser Einbruch mit den im Haus bereitgestellten Handtüchern eingedämmt hatten und diese dann nass waren, wurden auf Anfrage bei den Kontaktpersonen ohne Probleme am nächsten Tag neue Handtücher vorbeigebracht. Service war super und immer freundlich. Ein kleines Manko ist das Bad. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne aber leider ohne Duschvorhang und der Schlauch der Brause ist auch etwas kurz. Hier wäre eine bitte einen Duschvorhang und längeren Schlauch nachzurüsten damit man entspannt im Stehen duschen kann und nicht im knien, sitzend oder gebückt duschen muss. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ein leckeres Restaurant direkt vorne an der Straße. Der Weg zum Appartement ist auf den letzten Metern etwas eng aber man schafft es unfallfrei.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung großem Balkon und voll eingerichtete Küche sowie Waschmaschine im Bad. Ideal, um entspannte Urlaubstage in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung mit vielfältigen Aktionsmöglichkeiten zu verbringen. Jederzeit wieder!
