A fully renovated early 1900s apartment located on the first floor with two entrances, perfect for couples or families. 110 square meters with spaces for playing and relaxing, a large, bright, and very well-equipped kitchen; the bedrooms overlook the garden, and the spacious living room features a beautiful fireplace.The garden is for the exclusive use of Ca Balossa guests; it is divided into several pleasant areas where you can sunbathe and play, and there is a barbecue at your disposal for preparing outdoor meals, as well as various areas where you can enjoy your culinary creations.
The Space
The apartment, which stays pleasantly cool in the summer, consists of a bright kitchen, a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, a bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom. The well-maintained garden features various areas with lovely nooks near the greenhouse where you can enjoy light meals or relax in the sun surrounded by the colors of the blooming flowers. We pay special attention to infants and children; you’ll find a crib, a NEXT TO ME co-sleeper for the little ones, a high chair, a baby bathtub, night lights, a baby monitor (Angel Care) to check on the children while they sleep, and plenty of toys for all ages—infants, children, and adults. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Guest Access
In addition to the apartment, which is entirely at your disposal, you’ll have direct access to the well-equipped garden, divided into various areas with secluded corners where you can enjoy the cool shade and tranquility, featuring games for all ages, a barbecue, and a fully equipped greenhouse. Guests have access to 2 stand-up paddleboards, which will allow you to explore the beautiful coastline and reach the nearby beaches.
Other things to keep in mind
You don’t need a car; the village is located along the famous Green Way, a beautiful walking trail that will take you on a journey to discover charming villages and spectacular views. Ca Balossa is accessible by public bus—the stop is located 150 meters from Ca Balossa—or by boat/hydrofoil from Lenno and Tremezzo. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. A tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights is not included in the final price and must be paid in cash at check-out. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your identification (passport or ID card) because Italian law requires that the identities of guests be reported to the police.
