Une annonce flatteuse et un propriétaire à l’écoute mais malheureusement une maison qui ne tient pas ses promesses.Le bas de la maison sent l’humidité, la propreté est à revoir (brosse des toilettes, trappe à lessive, tiroirs de la cuisine pas propres…), la pression de l’eau dans la maison n’est pas suffisante.Globalement, cette maison n’est pas assez équipée : peu de couverts qui obligent à laver à chaque 2 repas, des ustensiles basiques manquants comme une râpe à fromage, une essoreuse à salade. Il n’y avait pas de bouteille de gaz de rechange, nous nous sommes retrouvés en plein milieu de la cuisson du déjeuner en panne de gaz.Le gros BÉMOL c’est la localisation de la maison qui est mitoyenne à la 4 voies de la route départementale. Un bruit de voitures incessant dans le jardin, difficile de passer des vacances en toute tranquillité comme mentionné dans l’annonce.
