A large terrace with several furnished areas invites you to relax in the shade or in the sun (dining area, barbecue, lounge...)

The house
On the first floor:
A spacious entrance leads to a living room with sofa, TV area, wifi access, library, board games.
A large kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, 4 gas burners, electric oven and a scullery with storage, microwave, refrigerator combined with a freezer area, kettle, coffee machine.
Two independent bathrooms (washbasin + toilet), one of which has a walk-in shower, plus a very practical outdoor shower for your return from the beach.

Laundry room: washing machine, ironing board and iron, refrigerator with freezer section.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms each accessible by an independent staircase.
Bedroom 1: bed 160 x 190
Bedroom 2: 2 x beds (80 x 200) on the mezzanine.
Separate or assembled. To be specified when booking.
Bedroom 3: 160 x 200 bed

Linen is included and set up before your arrival: full bed / towels / bath mat / dish towels.
