Due to medical reasons I asked for a room on the ground floor, which the hotel confirmed via email. When we arrived, no room on the ground floor was available. The room of our kids smells really bad. Last but not least the EV chargers are not working as well as the WiFi.

Déçu la chambre 115 trop vers les escaliers et le p'tit dej aurait pu être sympa si le personnel pensait à le recharger plutôt que de rester sur Facebook, il y avait des clubs de sport et il a fallu demander une les tasses, une fois du pain, verre...... Et ceux a chaque fois car il ne rechargeait pas.

Très bien situé pour le Parc Expos, très calme, accès facile même hors des heures d'ouverture de la réception. Chambre minuscule mais fonctionnelle. Petit-déjeuner très bon et pas cher, mais le personnel s'est laissé déborder par l'affluence et il manquait beaucoup de choses quand noud sommes descendus.
