Welcome to “Chez Alphonse,” a home steeped in history that has recently been renovated to blend tradition and modernity. Located in the charming village of Trégomeur, less than a ten-minute drive from the coast, this house is named after my grandfather, Alphonse.

"Chez Alphonse" offers 120 m² of bright and welcoming living space, fully renovated.
The house features four furnished bedrooms (linens provided) for your comfort: two on the first floor with large double beds, and two upstairs—one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

The house also includes a modern shower room on the first floor and a bathroom upstairs. The spacious living room with an open kitchen is fully equipped, promising moments of togetherness and shared experiences.

There is a small front yard, and on the other side of the house, you can enjoy the 25-square-meter terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with a large table and eight chairs, offering a view of the 200 m² garden. The garden, complete with a barbecue and lounge chairs, is the ideal spot to relax or entertain your guests in a lush, green setting.
