Interior completely renovated and newly furnished for 6 people, entrance onto enclosed garden, kitchen open to large dining room, living room with reading corner in bow window on the garden side, three bedrooms, one bathroom, two WCs. Animals not accepted. Free parking on the street.

a 100 metre de la plage et de la presqu'ile Renote

maison atypique ( provenant d'une rénovation d'une boutique et d'une maison) offrant de beaux espaces au rez de chaussée (cuisine, salle a manger, salon et coin lecture) bien décorée et bien équipée. jardin et salon de jardin en granit ( ou est sur la cote de granit rose). on se sent bien dans ce logement ou chacun peut trouver un espace lui convenant.

Séjour parfait

La maison est parfaitement placée et fonctionnelle. Tout est faisable à pieds, les courses, plusieurs plages accessibles à pieds. Le petit jardin est très agréable.
