De eigenaar heeft ons warm ontvangen en goede uitleg gegeven over het huis en de buurt. Er lag ook veel informatie en brochures in het huis. Keuken is goed uitgerust met koelkast, diepvriezer, oven en microgolf, koffiezet en Senseo, er zijn goede bedden, 2 badkamers. Tv heeft enkel Franstalige zenders maar je kan wel op YouTube.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette maison! Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé et parfaitement situé pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Haus und Garten waren in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Gartenmöbel waren defekt und so heruntergekommen, das ein Austausch ratsam wäre. Im Haus war entsprechend ebenfalls alles zusammen gewürfelt und schmuddelig.Der Vermieter der direkt nebenan in einem Hausteil dieser Immobilie wohnt, benahm sich sehr freundlich, welches jedoch letztlich nicht über den allgemeinen Zustand dieser Ferienunterkunft hinweggesehen kann.

Erholung pur

Die Lage ist sehr gut, liegt direkt am Zöllnerpfad GR 34. Man kann super schöne Touren direkt von der Haustür aus starten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Frederic ist für Fragen und Hilfe immer zur Hand, da er im Anbau wohnt. Falls es mit Französisch nicht so klappt, mit Englisch geht die Konversation problemlos. Zum Einkaufen ist leider nichts in Fussnähe, daher ist ein Fahrzeug dringend notwendig. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte drei Wochen dort und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt gut vorstellen.

Maison tout confort très bien située

La maison est tout confort, très bien entretenue avec une très belle vue sur l'Ile Grande. Elle est proche des commerces et des plages de Trebeurden (5min en voiture/ 15 min à pied) et à moins de 20min en voiture de Lannion ou Perros-Guirec. Le propriétaire, discret, nous a très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec plair.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Alles rund, Frederic ist ein rücksichtsvoller aufmerksamer Gastgeber, Haus großartig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Küche ausreichend Geschirr, traumhafter Blick auf's Meer, super Betten. Wir sind nach 3 Wochen äußerst ungern wieder gefahren.

Nous recommandons-

Nous avons été bien accueillis, avec de sympathiques attentions. La location est spacieuse, claire et agréable à vivre. Il tient à coeur au propriétaire qu'elle reste bien entretenue. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme, à 10min à pied d'une plage, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de beaux sites intéressants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité.
