TREBEURDEN, Pink Granite Coast, near (10 minutes) Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec.<br>Main house for rent in a quiet neighborhood. The owner lives in the adjacent garage (out of sight and completely discreet). The property is fully divided into two separate sections and fenced with wire mesh and a hedge, with separate entrances.<br>The GR34 hiking trail passes in front of the house; beaches are a 10-minute walk away, and the town center is 25 minutes away (2 km).<br><br> Pets allowed (fee: 30 euros/pet/stay)<br><br>Very clean house with unlimited Wi-Fi (SOSH router) and all utilities included (gas, water, electricity)<br>3 bedrooms: 1 on the first floor (140x190 bed) with an attached toilet and shower room; 2 upstairs (160x200 + 90x190 beds) with a toilet and a bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, plus a mezzanine (travel crib available). Fully equipped open-concept kitchen, 35 m² dining room and living room, 25 m² terrace with a view of the Triagoz Lighthouse (Archipelago of the 7 Islands) featuring 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue. ...Bedding provided (beds made upon your arrival). Also provided: toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets. In short, just bring your suitcases and the food you’ll be eating!<br>However, personal hygiene linens (towels, washcloths, bathrobes) are not provided, nor is there a washing machine (laundry service available through the owner); there are two laundromats, one at the port and one at the Intermarché in TREBEURDEN.<br>This is a smoke-free rental (inside the house); linens are washed at 60&deg;C, and doorknobs and light switches are disinfected before your arrival.<br>Security deposits: Upon arrival, I’ll ask for a security deposit check for 500 euros (which won’t be cashed), please bring a copy of your comprehensive home insurance policy and a check for 90 euros for end-of-stay cleaning if the cleaning is not done properly (in any case, it is possible to have it done for 90 euros).

Voll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, dass der Beschreibung entsprach. Viel Platz im Haus und auch ein schönes großes Grundstück. Ruhige Lage. Jeder erdenkliche Komfort ist vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Ich habe mich mit den beiden Hunden (Grundstück ist eingezäunt) sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Gartenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen lädt zur Entspannung ein. Ein Haus, dass man zu schätzen weiß, wenn das Wetter auch mal schlechter ist. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Die Fotos spiegeln das Haus sehr gut.

De eigenaar heeft ons warm ontvangen en goede uitleg gegeven over het huis en de buurt. Er lag ook veel informatie en brochures in het huis. Keuken is goed uitgerust met koelkast, diepvriezer, oven en microgolf, koffiezet en Senseo, er zijn goede bedden, 2 badkamers. Tv heeft enkel Franstalige zenders maar je kan wel op YouTube.

Haus und Garten waren in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Gartenmöbel waren defekt und so heruntergekommen, das ein Austausch ratsam wäre. Im Haus war entsprechend ebenfalls alles zusammen gewürfelt und schmuddelig.Der Vermieter der direkt nebenan in einem Hausteil dieser Immobilie wohnt, benahm sich sehr freundlich, welches jedoch letztlich nicht über den allgemeinen Zustand dieser Ferienunterkunft hinweggesehen kann.

Erholung pur

Die Lage ist sehr gut, liegt direkt am Zöllnerpfad GR 34. Man kann super schöne Touren direkt von der Haustür aus starten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Frederic ist für Fragen und Hilfe immer zur Hand, da er im Anbau wohnt. Falls es mit Französisch nicht so klappt, mit Englisch geht die Konversation problemlos. Zum Einkaufen ist leider nichts in Fussnähe, daher ist ein Fahrzeug dringend notwendig. Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte drei Wochen dort und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt gut vorstellen.

Maison tout confort très bien située

La maison est tout confort, très bien entretenue avec une très belle vue sur l'Ile Grande. Elle est proche des commerces et des plages de Trebeurden (5min en voiture/ 15 min à pied) et à moins de 20min en voiture de Lannion ou Perros-Guirec. Le propriétaire, discret, nous a très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons avec plair.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Alles rund, Frederic ist ein rücksichtsvoller aufmerksamer Gastgeber, Haus großartig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Küche ausreichend Geschirr, traumhafter Blick auf's Meer, super Betten. Wir sind nach 3 Wochen äußerst ungern wieder gefahren.

Nous recommandons-

Nous avons été bien accueillis, avec de sympathiques attentions. La location est spacieuse, claire et agréable à vivre. Il tient à coeur au propriétaire qu'elle reste bien entretenue. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme, à 10min à pied d'une plage, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de beaux sites intéressants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité.
