Gîte “La Douce Échappée” with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in the charming town of Trèbes, in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and along the peaceful Canal du Midi, this comfortable house is perfect for a relaxing and discovery-filled stay. Just minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you can enjoy cycling, hiking in the Montagne Noire, wine tastings, or water activities at Lac de la Cavayère.



Set in a very quiet neighborhood, the fully renovated and air-conditioned house offers, on the ground floor, a pleasant living room with large-screen TV and pellet stove (included), a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic and capsule coffee makers, kettle with complimentary tea, juicer, toaster), a veranda with pool table, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and storage.



Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with two 90 cm electric beds (can be joined), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a master suite with a 160 cm bed, private shower, and toilet. There’s also a bathroom and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have TVs and closets.



Outside, you’ll find a secure front yard with electric gate and parking, and at the back, a fenced garden with artificial grass, dining area, barbecue, secure above-ground pool, ping-pong table, games, and a relaxation area with jacuzzi in a chalet.



Adult and children’s bikes with equipment are available. Full baby equipment is provided (potty, high chair, travel cot, bathtub, changing table).



A water and electricity package, sufficient for normal use, is included. In case of unusually high consumption, an extra charge may apply. A welcome basket is offered to start your stay in Aude!
