Gîte “La Douce Échappée” – Peaceful Retreat with Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Located in the charming town of Trèbes, in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and along the Canal du Midi, this comfortable house is perfect for a relaxing and discovery-filled stay. Just minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you can enjoy cycling, hiking in the Montagne Noire, wine tastings, or water activities at Lake Cavayère.



Set on a quiet dead-end street, the fully renovated and air-conditioned house features, on the ground floor, a spacious living room with a large-screen TV, darts, pellet stove, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, classic and capsule coffee makers, kettle with complimentary tea, juicer, toaster). There’s also a veranda with a pool table, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and storage.



Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with two 90 cm electric beds that can be joined into a king, a second with a 160 cm bed, and a master suite with a 160 cm bed, private shower, and toilet. There’s also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor. All bedrooms have TVs and closets.



Outside, enjoy a gated courtyard with secure parking, and at the back, a fenced garden with synthetic grass, dining area, barbecue, secured above-ground pool, ping-pong table, games, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi in a chalet and loungers.

Full baby equipment is provided (potty, high chair, travel cot, baby bath, changing table).



A water and electricity package, sufficient for normal use, is included. If consumption is unusually high, an additional charge may apply. A welcome basket is offered to start your stay in Aude!
