With its spacious layout and warm decor, it’s the perfect place for a large family to gather while enjoying the pool and pool house area. With its lush, peaceful outdoor space on the banks of the Aude River and views of the Corbières, this architect-designed villa in Trèbes can accommodate up to 8 people.

The property:
You’ll have access to 4 master suites (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), a private pool open from May to September, a large garden with trees, and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available throughout the property.

Its spacious living room offers the perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the region. Settle into the sofa to read a good book or watch TV on the large-screen TV.

You can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen (a full-size refrigerator, a Le Chai wine cooler, a JURA espresso machine (bean-to-cup), etc.), then enjoy them at the dining table or outdoors—in the garden, on the terrace under the pergola, or on the balcony while taking in the view of the mountains and the pool.

The pool is secured by a roller cover. Simply enter a code on the remote control to open or close the cover.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with its plancha and barbecue, and relax on the lounge chairs by the infinity pool.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub and a toilet. A separate restroom is also available on the first floor.

The villa features a laundry area with a washer and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, and storage space for cleaning supplies.

Play a game of pool upstairs or sit on the couch to watch the game. An office area with a printer is also available in this same room.

Please note: bath towels (one small and one large per person), pool towels, and bed linens are included in the rate.

You can park on-site, as a large parking area is provided for this purpose.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as a small, quiet, and gentle cat named “Aria” already lives on the premises.
Parties are not allowed.

A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon check-in.
It will be refunded on the day of your departure if no damage is found.

You can also take a stroll through the estate’s vineyard, which spans 33 hectares along the banks of the Aude River on soil composed primarily of clay and limestone.

To taste the estate’s wines, you’ll receive a warm welcome from the villa’s owner, Pierre Sentenac, at the “Les Vignes de Bacchus” wine cellar; paired with a few tapas, your tasting experience will be all the better.
