Just 200m away is the town centre full of shops and bars, and if you walk, even with your boots on, just 100m you reach the Spinale cable car that takes you to the ski slopes.


Newly renovated (October 2021), the flat is located on the ground floor.


A LIFT leads to the basement of the GARAGE .


The capacity is 4 ADULTS thanks to the presence of a double sofa bed and a bunk bed.
