This very cosy, detached 2-storey property is surrounded by trees, meadows, fields, and vineyards, yet sits right in the centre of the village while remaining wonderfully quiet. Positioned with a south-facing orientation just 50 metres from the edge of the forest, the house enjoys a truly privileged setting in the open countryside. The property features a large terraced garden in its natural state, fully fenced to ensure complete privacy, where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful rural surroundings. A private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 50 to 150 cm, is available seasonally from 15 May to 15 October, with opening hours from 09:00 to 19:00. The pool is filled with salt water and equipped with an internal staircase for easy access. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, keeping guests connected during their stay. The property is spacious and bright, partly featuring sloping ceilings, and is decorated with rustic and cosy furnishings that create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout.

On the upper ground floor, the entrance opens into a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and freezer, as well as a dining table for shared meals. A generous living room serves as a farmhouse lounge and features an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, along with a library area. Both the living room and the kitchen offer direct access to the balcony. A shower and WC are also located on this floor, and underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort.

On the upper floor, 1 large room with sloping ceilings includes a dressing room and is furnished with 1 single bed, 1 french bed, and 1 double bed. An additional 2 rooms, each featuring a panoramic window, are furnished with 2 beds each. The upper floor bathroom includes a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. Floor heating and wooden floors are present throughout this level.
