I've stayed here several times and it's always pleasant.Well maintained property...they were resealing asphalt during my stay but it didn't interfere with our activities. First time I stayed in a suite..top notch appliances and TV..comfy king bed and sleeper couch..plus balcony with chairs..access from living area and bedroom!

The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. We weren't facing the water but a simple walk around the building and we were on the beach. We had a wonderful time. Frankfort is a wonderful town with plenty of shops and restaurants, and a convenient drive up M22 to Sleeping Bear and the Leelanau peninsula was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone!
