Room was kinda dirty. Long hair on the bathroom floor. What i believe to be toe nail pieces on a chair. Maintanance guy use it as a nappy room? Bed was nice. Hottub had a scum in it.

Property is very well maintained! We noticed short staffing in a couple of the restaurants. We sat at two of their restaurants and waited 15-20 minutes, but there was no service available. It was New Year's Eve, so I'm sure staffing was tough to find, but it was disappointing to not enjoy the resort's amenities when they were a huge reason we chose that place for our trip.

We were able to check in early and the room was very clean. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Happy with all the amenities. Pool was fun and food on site was really good. Great food at Taproom. We were there when there was multiple schools staying for a basketball tournament. While going to get ice cream in the evening at the candy shop we saw several groups of kids making a mess in the lobby and screaming/running. A group of kids spilled skittles all over and then they threw the bag on the floor, it was a very large bag of skittles, hundreds all over the floor. I feel bad for the staff who has to clean up after these disrespectful unsupervised kids. I think there needs to be some sort of security walking around as I saw a few other families very uncomfortable.
