The “Stadtblick” and “Waldblick” vacation apartments at “Beim Holzleitner” are located just outside Traunstein, near the Hochbergs.In. It takes about 10 minutes by car (4 km) to reach the town. The Erlebnis Warmwasserbad is located below the Hochberg (2 km). The Kirchmayers’ farm is a “ Milchbetrieb.Ca. ” (traditional farm with livestock and crops)—20 dairy cows and 30 young cattle are raised on this fully operational farm. You might even be lucky enough to witness the birth of a calf. The baby kittens are a big draw for the children.What makes this place unique is not only that it’s a smoke-free home but also the peace and quiet—and the relaxation that comes with it. The vacation apartments are lovingly furnished with plenty of local wood. At the Holzleitner Farm, you’ll find everything that makes children’s hearts race, from pedal tractors to go-karts and numerous other play options. In winter, there are great toboggan runs on the farm’s hillside, opportunities for ice skating at the Röthelbach pond, cross-country ski trails nearby, as well as ski slopes in Siegsdorf, Bergen, Ruhpolding, and other locations.<br> The 80-square-meter “Waldblick” vacation apartment, which features its own entrance, is allergy-friendly and is located in the new wing of our farmhouse on the first floor and first floor. <br>It features a kitchen with a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine, a visually separated living room, and two separate bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the children’s room has a bunk bed and an extra single bed. A bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor.<br>Guests have the option to use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee: 3.00 EUR).<br>The vacation rental offers plenty of space for four people to feel comfortable. <br>The apartment is lovingly furnished, comfortable, and bright, and features a private terrace with patio furniture. You’ll find everything you need to relax right in the apartment. Upon request, a bread roll delivery service is available for an additional fee.
