The “Stadtblick” and “Waldblick” vacation apartments at “Beim Holzleitner” are located a short distance outside of Traunstein, near the Hochbergs.In. It takes about 10 minutes by car (4 km) to reach the town. The Erlebnis Warmwasserbad is located below the Hochberg (2 km). The Kirchmayers’ farm is a Milchbetrieb.Ca. with 20 dairy cows and 30 young cattle raised on the fully operational farm. You might even be lucky enough to witness the birth of a calf. The kittens are a big draw for the kids.What makes this place unique is not only that it’s a smoke-free property, but also the peace and quiet and the relaxation that comes with it. The vacation apartments are lovingly furnished with plenty of local wood. At the Holzleitner Farm, you’ll find everything that makes a child’s heart beat faster, from pedal tractors to go-karts and numerous other play options. In winter, there are great toboggan runs on the farm’s hillside, opportunities for ice skating at the Röthelbachweiher pond, cross-country ski trails nearby, as well as ski slopes in Siegsdorf, Bergen, Ruhpolding, and more.<br> The 50 m² “Stadtblick” vacation apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse.<br>The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people; the classification is based on occupancy by two people. The apartment features a kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the living room. There is a living room with a TV and stereo system, a bedroom, and a shower/toilet. You can access the west-facing balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun while relaxing in the cozy balcony chairs.<br>The “Stadtblick” apartment is comfortable, furnished with great attention to detail, and bright. The vacation rental offers plenty of space for two people. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.<br>A bread roll delivery service is available upon request for an additional fee.
