The attic vacation apartment has a separate entrance and a balcony overlooking the green garden and the vacation home across the way. The balcony features a spacious dining table and several seating areas.
Spanning a total of 80 m², the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a cozy living area, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking for your car is available. A second parking space can be booked for an additional fee.

The fully fenced-in garden, the play area with a trampoline and a small treehouse can be used by your children during your stay. With Kinderland just 1 km away, this property is ideal for a family vacation.

The 80-square-meter apartment is located in the attic of the building and therefore features several sloped ceilings.
A staircase leads directly to the entryway, which features a shoe rack and several coat hooks, and from there, the hallway provides access to all adjacent rooms.
The living room is lovingly furnished and features hardwood floors that are ideal for people with allergies. In addition, the living room features a spacious seating area with a coffee table, leather armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, all of which invite you to enjoy a cozy evening watching TV.
The beautiful balcony is furnished and offers a view of the greenery.
The kitchen features a fully equipped cooking area with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen also includes a dining area with enough seating for 4 people.
The first of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a seating area. The second bedroom has two separate single beds. A crib and a high chair can be added to your reservation.
The hallway leads to the spacious bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.
