Holiday Home Venti del Mare

Our holiday home is located just 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Trappeto, in the Ciammarita area. It is a beautiful seaside house for 6 people, recently renovated and just a few steps from the wonderful sandy beach of Trappeto, in the province of Palermo, where you can enjoy clear waters. The house is on the first floor, from where you can admire the sea.



The entire building is surrounded by high fences and outside the property you will find free private covered parking, ideal if you arrive by car or wish to park safely after exploring the area. The house is very bright with high ceilings and consists of two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, and a large veranda.



The double bedroom has a state-of-the-art air conditioner to keep a pleasant temperature during summer days and a small balcony with sea view. The second bedroom is a twin room with a single bed and a bunk bed, equipped with a window and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and comforts you need, including a fridge with freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, and a single sofa bed. The furnishings are traditional and the atmosphere is welcoming. The living area has a sofa bed for an additional guest.



The veranda is a relaxing area with a large oval window from which you can admire the sea. The apartment also has a private outdoor shower with hot water, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outside there is also a barbecue for your grills. The rates include electricity and water utilities, ensuring a stay without unpleasant surprises.



A cot, high chair, and changing table are available on request. Bed linen and towel change is available for an extra fee.
