A beautiful two-room apartment, built in 2020, right in the heart of Trapani’s historic center. Excellent location, close to the nightlife, the beaches, and the ferry terminal for the Egadi Islands. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom (a crib and high chair are available upon request), a living room with a kitchen, an induction cooktop, and a bathroom fully equipped with all fixtures. The apartment also features a shared courtyard with the apartment known as “Casa Diletta,” which is fully available for outdoor lunches or dinners. This courtyard provides access to the apartment via an outdoor staircase. We’ve equipped the home with numerous amenities: a washing machine, oven, air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, electric stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric kettle.

Schöne Lage, aber massive Mängel bei Sanitär, Ausstattung & Transparenz.Bad: Wasser roch stark nach Kanal, Abfluss verstopft, Geruch im ganzen Bad. Duschwand undicht, Türöffnung so schmal, dass man kaum hineinkam.Lärm: Extrem hellhörig – Schritte & Stühlerücken der oberen Nachbarn bis spät nachts deutlich hörbar, kaum erholsamer Schlaf.Lage: Strand laut Anzeige 8 Min., real 20 Min. zu Fuß. Statt eigener Veranda nur gemeinschaftliche Terrasse im EG. Umgebung stark vermüllt, Parken katastrophal.Ausstattung: Matratze links stark durchgelegen – Vermieter: „unmöglich, keiner hat sich beschwert". Kühlschrankdichtung verschmutzt & schimmelig, erst nach 8 Tagen behoben („nicht so schlimm"). Einrichtung insgesamt veraltet.Abrechnung: Touristenabgabe online nicht ausgewiesen, bei Abreise erst 55, dann 25 verlangt – keine nachvollziehbare Berechnung, keine Quittung trotz Nachfrage. Zudem wurden wir gefragt, einen Tag früher abzureisen. Freundlich war der Vermieter nur, solange es keine Beschwerden gab.Fazit: Funktionierende Sanitäranlagen, wahrheitsgemäße Beschreibung und transparente Abrechnung mit Beleg erwarten wir für diesen Preis – nichts davon war gegeben. Von einer Buchung raten wir ab.

Meraviglioso appartamento in centro, ottima posizione!

La posizione della casa è ottima, si trova proprio in centro a Trapani, ma dal lato migliore per poi la sera passeggiare. Non distante da via Garibaldi e via Vittorio Emanuele, dove la sera si passeggia e ci sono i locali. La casa è arredata davvero bene, molto carica, una chicca direi. Pulizia al TOP! Ma la vera sorpresa è stato il cortile esterno a disposizione, con una zona arredata con panchina, tavolo e sedie. La sera spesso ci facevamo l'aperitivo al tramonto. Benedetto è stato molto gentile, e ci ha fornito una serie di consigli che non ci siamo fatti scappare.
