A cozy 95-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment is located just a few meters from the Lungomare Colombo promenade, where you can enjoy a wonderful stroll to the harbor and reach the historic center of Trani.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, TV, convection heater, and access to Balcony I;

One covered parking space reserved for guests is available—also ideal for SUVs.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is simply marvelous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the distinctive local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.
