Detached house built on a carefully renovated country barn. Accommodation on 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance hall, open kitchen, living room. WC with washbasin and laundry room. Wifi internet connection. 1st floor: large mezzanine open to living room (2 single bunk beds, 1 child's bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 200cm / 1 double bed 140 x 200cm), bathroom (shower). Separate WC. Natural and maintained land with views of the vineyards and the mountains. Provision of 2 electric bikes (subject to equipment and insurance). Country farmhouse dating from the end of the 19th century, superbly renovated located in the countryside. Small typical residential hamlet, very quiet in the heart of the vineyards. Very comfortable cottage with lots of character. Vast living room, warm and traditional in spirit. Pleasant flowered private garden with garden furniture, overlooking a splendid 180° panorama. Charming cottage 15km from Lake Aiguebelette, the 3rd natural lake in France by its size, famous for the purity of its waters, the beauty of the site and its world rowing championships and 7 km from Lake Saint Jean de Chevelu, recognized for its natural heritage and protected biodiversity. In the heart of the Pays du Lac d'Aiguebelette and the Avant-Pays-Savoyard, a territory of wooded valleys, hills, rivers, vineyards, between the Chartreuse massif and the Rhône. Walks and marked trails near the cottage. Hikes in the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Routes popular with cyclists and mountain bikers, with the Véloroute Léman-Méditerranée cycle path near Yenne. 1km away is the equestrian center of Traize, labeled French Riding School.
