Lovely family run ryokan with a comfortable room, but fairly basic. The food is amazing. Seriously make sure you save an appetite for this dinner especially.
Such a wonderful place to stay, perfect for an overnight stay or 2 whilst relaxing in all the surrounding Onsen. Room was wonderfully spacious and clean.
Amazing location with great service. Everyone was very kind and friendly, especially the 2 ladies who served helped us to our room and served dinner and breakfast. Very convenient location right next to many of the bathhouses. Everything was confortable and enjoyable.
Nice and recommendable location in good location, very friendly people who explained everything - even without (good) English knowledge, good japanese dinner and breakfast, japanese styled room with shared bathromm, but with toilet and basin in the room.
a wonderful ryokan, really good meals, very helpful staff. dive into traditional Japanese way of lodging! included is a pass to all 6 onsens in town, so you can do onsen_hopping
The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout.
This was a beautiful traditional ryokan in Kinosakicho, which had lovely serene rooms and granted access to seven of the nearby Onsen locations as part of the booking. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the dinners especially were excellent (one featured a crab course and another featured Shabu-Shabu). Truly appreciate their kindness and would gladly stay there again.
We stayed for one night while visiting Kinosaki Onsen. The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice and clean, and the food served for breakfast and dinner was very good. There’s a small public bath which was very clean and nice, and was always empty when I went in so it was wonderful. Very quaint, traditional Japanese ryokan.
The meals were delicious! The staff are polite and provide all sorts of help when needed. Overall, a marvellous experience for our first visit to Kinosaki!
Traditional Japanese onsen house with breakfast and Kaiseki dinner option. The house is situated at corner of street, right behind 1 of onsen spot. Breakfast & dinner are delicious and ladies who served meals in dining are friendly. It’s good getaway from busy city life.
Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds are on the floor in a traditional style, so be aware of that if you have any back issues. Would recommend to friends and family!
