フロントのスタッフも 朝食時のスタッフの方も とても明るく キビキビと働いていらっしゃるのが印象的でした。 ルートインは会社も大きいのは存じ上げておりましたが 従業員の方が どういう風な指導を受けて 生き生きと働いているようになっているのか 少し 不思議に思いました。 どこのホテルでも目指していることだと思うのですが なかなか実現するのは難しいことだと思います。
