"This was absolutely, hands down, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I showed up to check in the desk clerk (a male) checked me in and gave me room keys. He appeared unfamiliar with hotel check in procedures and it took far too long. After getting key cards I headed to my room. When I opened the door of the room I was surprised to see a half naked Hispanic man laying on the bed. He was equally surprised as he grabbed for blankets to cover himself up. When I returned to the counter and explained to the clerk what happened, no apologies were made, and the only focus was “no one should be in that room.” He searched through records for about five minutes before I stopped him and said I just need a room, can you assign me a new room and figure out what happened later! He seemed annoyed with my request. Not a good start!!! When I was finally able to get to my new room I only had time to drop my bag and head straight to my daughter volleyball game, which was the reason for my trip. After the game I returned to my room. This is when I noticed the water damage on the ceiling, directly above both beds, and water drips on both beds. The comforters were both stained and appeared dirty. The beds were made but I had zero confidence that the bedding had been changed. I pulled the bedding back and found long hair on the sheets. I knew at the moment there was no way I would be staying in this room. I have pictures in anyone would like to see the condition of the room. "
