Amazing staff, beautiful (and surprisingly) well appointed rooms and excellent gym. This would actually have been one of my fave stays, but the blinds they have installed allow for a lot of light to come into the room (probably worse on the rooms that face the sunrise).. hence when sun gets up - you’re up! Sleep quality is a big thing for a holiday so that dragged the rating down, but apart from that - a perfect accomodation

The room is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos but it is comfortable. The light coming through the door and around the edges of the window blind made it very hard to sleep as well as the noise from other guests.

We stayed for 8 nights. I have nothing to fault. Service was amazing. The room was spotless and very comfortable for the size. Will come back and stay for sure. If you want a tidy room with storage for everything, where you can cook a basic meal, have an immaculate bathroom a Gym and other outside facilities this is the place to be. Fantastic

Really handy to Palmer Street eateries and the city centre. Lovely bright and airy room with everything we needed. Pleased we paid a bit extra for the bigger room as we were staying 3 nights

The room is a cubicle. The bed is quite small, not even enough for one person, so it's a bit surprising that the room is advertised as suitable for two since the room is very claustrophobic. Mattress is no good either. In the morning, the room gets very bright because the curtain does not block the light, and it is hot although there is AC. There is no balcony which means that it does not match the website photos. Gym and swimming pool are ok. Very poor and frustrating stay. Won't be back, sorry.

When we first arrived our room had a strange smell which reduced by leaving the window open. Rooms are small but have everything required. Clean, quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Main Street and ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful

Please beware there is no lift. So if travelling with heavy bags or disability this property isnot for you. Also issue's with wifi certificate and there's a very sharp edge on the shower tray, which I cut my foot on
