Set on approximately 2 gated acres overlooking Cedar Creek, Creighton Island, and the Intracoastal Waterway, this property makes relaxing and enjoying life on the Coast easy!

Fish and crab from the dock, enjoy golden hour views from the bluff seating area, or spend the evenings watching the sun set and tides change. Palms, camellias, citrus trees, and bird feeders are scattered throughout the property, attracting painted buntings, cardinals, and other coastal birds. Visit downtown Darien for dining, shopping and entertainment, just a few minutes away!

The dock is set up for entertaining with ample seating, dining tables and a green fishing light for nighttime fishing. Dock access is shared with the Owners. Excellent inshore and offshore fishing opportunities are nearby! Bring your boat and fishing/beach gear — there is ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers on site. Property is secured with gated access.

* This property is gated and features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 monitors the gate. Camera 2 is located on the dock. Camera 3 is a ring doorbell on the Main House. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when activated by motion
