The charm of an old house with the comfort of a fully air-conditioned interior, room by room. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, or for a team on a business trip. Beds made on arrival, towels included.
The space
Ground floor
The living room with a large wall-mounted TV (Bbox and Chromecast) is the place to relax. The dining room seats 8 around the table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and separate toilet.
First floor
Two double bedrooms (160×200 bed), each with a desk.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
Second floor
A third double bedroom (160×200 bed) with a desk.
A fourth bedroom with two 80×200 beds, ideal for children.

Very nicely furnished home with plenty of beds and well stocked kitchen. Close to many points of interest in Tours. We had a large van and were able to park it on street in front of garage.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home with my family for 29 nights; it was spacious and comfortable with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The AC worked well during the heatwave . The host was communicative and very helpful and kind. I hope to return sometime in the near future

House was exactly as described. Close to the Halles des Tours for easy market shopping and plenty of restaurants. A short walk to Place Plumereau with plenty of places to eat. Very comfortable stay, would definitely come back.

The house was very well set up for our group of 5 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals and staying comfortable at night with AC units in each room (it was quite hot the first two nights we were there outside). Cute area outside to gather and talk or eat our meals. Host/property manager was very responsive. Suggest reading the check out instructions very carefully as we forgot to do a few minor things like turn off AC, close a window, and put bedding on the end of the bed, so we might not get a 500 deposit back. Most VRBO places don’t require a deposit before you can check in. That is the only thing we didn’t like about this place. Otherwise, we would highly rate this place as it is in a central location and has been beautifully restored.
