The worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in recent years ! First, the reception is open only for several hours a day, and i had to call the manager (or owner or whatever) to have the front doors open. When I finally got to go into my room, I found out that « The toilet is broken » !!!!! So I had to use the one outside of my room. Third, when I got back on my second day, I found out that my room had not been serviced; no clean towels either !!!!! When I called the manager for new towels, he just said « no time. Tomorrow morning » When I checked out, I asked the manager (or whatever) why he had given me that room, and then, he only said « there was no choice » I feel sorry for myself for choosing to stay at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE !

Oknapbeurt nodig, wel schoon en in centrum

De receptie is bemand tijdens bepaalde uren. Echter toen we om 17 uur aankwamen was het niet open, de man zou binnen 5 minuten er zijn (uiteindelijk duurde het 25 minuten). Verder is het hotel wel aan een opknapbeurt toe want alles is echt in een oude staat. Het is allemaal wel schoon. Geen gebruik gemaatk van het ontbijt daar we al om 6 uur de deur uit moesten. De locatie is wel perfect daar het midden in de stad Tours ligt (geweldige stad) en op 8 minuten lopen van het station Tours.

Perfect for a city trip

The Hotel is absolutely perfect for a City trip. 10 Minutes from the trainstation. The Breakfast was great (i didnt expect it this good from a 2 star Hotel) and the staff is wonderful (i think the Lady was working there for the first time). They really try their best! i didnt know that it had no hairdryer in the bathroom that was not very pleasant but elseway the Hotel is very good. its small and clean and charming.

Bon séjour à l'hÎtel Trianon. Nous étions attendu pour nous donner les clés et les recommandations. Chambre avec une terrasse et deux chaises bien agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner (nous ne l'avons pas pris avec la chambre). L'hÎtel est proche du centre-ville, sans le bruit des voitures (pour notre chambre en tout cas).

Un peu cher pour les prestations et le service

Nous avions une halte Ă  faire Ă  tour et voulions en profiter pour visiter la ville historique. L'hĂŽtel Trianon prĂ©cise qu'il est au cƓur de la ville historique. En rĂ©alitĂ©, il en est distant d'un bon kilomĂštre. La rĂ©ception a des horaires d'ouverture restreints. Il est indiquĂ©e qu'elle est fermĂ©e de 13h00 Ă  17h00. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  17h00....pour constater que le dimanche l'ouverture a lieu Ă  18h00. (je reconnais que ce point Ă©tait indiquĂ© sur mon voucher...Ă  moi de mieux le lire ;-) ) Retour Ă  18h00, nous avons attendu devant la porte jusqu'Ă  18h15. Le lendemain matin, nous avions demandĂ© Ă  ce que le petit dĂ©jeuner soit servi Ă  8h00.....le gĂ©rant est arrivĂ© Ă  8h15. Nous avons payĂ© 80€ pour une nuit (hors petit dĂ©jeuner) A mon sens, un peu cher si on compare avec les autres hĂŽtels Ă©quivalents que nous avions rĂ©servĂ©s. D'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de parking compris dans le prix et que la chambre et la salle de bains sont petites.. Un peu plus de rigueur dans les horaires aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable. Autrement, le wifi fonctionne trĂšs bien, le lit est confortable et la tĂ©lĂ© marche bien.
