One manager desk lady whit binocular eyeglasses when we arrive don’t say nothing about the resort and when we leave not even ask how was the stay, the food in the buffet its ok, the another restaurant we have only 3 nights themed restaurants we had the right to go three times and we were in a group of 13 people, the food was much better than the buffet, the spa is also only available for those who want to have a massage and the gym has very poor equipment, there is a pool at the bar which It stinks of urine like another very clean pool, I'll give it 3 stars overall

Very beautiful scene with nice pool and nice beach. However, the food was really not good, and the drinks were not good either. The buffet every day was a disaster. They even cut the chocolate and honey with water i believe to make savings. This hotel was built in 2018 but in the room it feels like 1980 or 1990's, the decoration is disappointing. But the whole disappointment is the food that is not good at all (even if i love brazilian food). it seems like it's a policy from vila gale. I will not return to any vila gale resort anywhere in my life (brazil, portugal), for sure not.

O hotel é muito bonito, com instalações novas. Ocorre que durante a semana houve problemas com a reposição de comida nos restaurantes. A estrutura do hotel é boa, o quarto era amplo e confortável, a piscina agrada e há opções de lazer para crianças. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. O principal deles foi a quantidade de filas para pegar comida. Em um resort all inclusive, onde o valor da diária é elevado, é difícil aceitar ter que enfrentar longas filas. A pior situação acontece na estação de churrasco, onde a espera pode chegar a 30 ou 40 minutos em pé. Hoje existem tecnologias e modelos de atendimento que permitiriam fazer o pedido e aguardar sentado à mesa, o que seria muito mais confortável. O mesmo problema se repete no café da manhã e no jantar. Ainda sobre o churrasco, a picanha é servida em cortes muito finos, semelhantes a um bife comum. Esse tipo de corte compromete a qualidade da carne, que idealmente deveria ser mais espessa, dourada por fora e suculenta por dentro. Recomendo contratarem uma consultoria no tema. Outro ponto negativo é a demora para limpar as mesas nos restaurantes. Em vários momentos, é difícil encontrar lugares disponíveis porque as mesas ainda estão sujas, o que demonstra a necessidade de um serviço de limpeza mais ágil. A academia é bastante limitada para um hotel desse porte, e as opções gastronômicas, de forma geral, são simples, com pouca sofisticação. Além disso, o acesso ao restaurante à la carte é restrito a uma vez a cada três diárias. No geral, é um hotel com boa estrutura, mas quem busca uma experiência mais refinada pode se frustrar.

Fui em um período que estava tranquilo. Equipe de animação e do kids bem simpática e com várias brincadeiras. Comidas do buffet e das massas, grelhados, tapiocas, omeletes e etc bem preparadas. Petiscos no bar da praia estavam saindo conforme os pedidos mas nao demorava e estavam gostosos. Reservei o restaurante inevitável e valeu a pena. Área da piscina bem espaçosoa e o bar bem legal. Esteve tudo perfeito, como é o padrão do Vila Galé. O único porém é a infraestrutura de praia, que praticamente não existe. No período em que fomos estava ventando muito e ficava inviável permanecer na praia. Além disso, não há infraestrutura de comida e bebida na praia, apenas as espreguiçadeira para sentar.
